σήμερα θα σας δείξω πώς να ελέγξετε τα μπουζόνια στο VW T3 υδρόψυκτη μηχανη Μπόξερ .
Αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικό κατά τη διάρκεια της ανακατασκευής του κινητήρα, για να αποφευχθεί το σπάσιμο τους ,το οποίο μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε δαπανηρές ζημιές.

Zb Amazon (so wird’s gemacht oder der originale wbx Reparatur Leitfaden ). Ein guter Drehmoment Schlüssel ist ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Haben sie einen 2.1l oder einen 1.9l? Wenn Sie den originalen kaufen möchten, müssen Sie darauf achten,dass Sie die richtige Version kaufen
Looks like you used Elring EL-Liq for the case half sealant. Haven't seen that used before. How did it work out?
Correct . It worked out fine, it’s the replacement for the OE sealant but you can use whatever anaerobic sealant you like . Silicon sealants aren’t recommended as they can plug up oil channels

Hallo , das Teil neben dem dls ist der das Steuergerät der Transistor Zündung (tsz) . Es wandelt die Signale vom hall Geber um wenn ich mich nicht irre

@@Riki.MasoratiKleiner Tipp: So wird's gemacht erklärt die Reparaturen etwas umfangreicher. Jetzt helfe ich mir selbst ist meiner Meinung nach ein sehr interessantes Buch (es erklärt die Funktion der Systeme), aber es ist als Reparaturleitfaden nicht optimal.

the button wont go down if the door isnt fully latched. try to close it with more force. also check the stricker plate for wear( put some lithium grease on the latch mechanism too)

Ich werde weitere Videos erstellen und ich werde mir irgendwann ein anständiges Mikrofon kaufen um bessere VoiceOvers zu erstellen ( es wird damit leichter , Sachen welche nicht erwähnt wurden hinzuzufügen). Einen schönen guten Abend:) Erstmal, sehr gutes Video! Ich selbst habe kein T3, der Vater meiner Partnerin allerdings schon. Er selbst schraubt schon seit vielen Jahren an seinen Autos rum, hat mir selbst ich(28) auch schon sehr oft einiges an Geld erspart! 😂 er findet deine Videos super und sagt, dass du dich super gut auskennst und richtig ahnung hast. Mein Schwiegervater hat aktuell 2 T3s und an einem von beiden schraubt er aktuell, der andere fährt. Kommst du zufällig aus NRW? Und hättest Zeit/Lust mal zu helfen? Selbstverständlich spricht man vorher nochmal und wird sich einig. 😊 genauere Dinge könnte man vorher besprechen, also worum es geht und was der Obolus wäre etc. Ich selbst wie gesagt bin nicht im VW T3 game, ich fahre einen alten clk w209 von 2003, bei dem wir jetzt bald die steuerkette wechseln in seiner privaten Werkstatt:) Also falls du aus NRW kommst, Zeit und Lust hast, gerne bescheid geben. Hallo ich bin es wieder habe mal ne frage möchte mein Block zusammen bauen nach ein paar Desaster 😢. Folgendes die Verteilerwelle im Block hast du beim zerlegen zum Schluß entnommen aber beim zusammen Bau nicht mit als erstes eingebaut und bei 43,57 Minuten ist der Verteiler plötzlich eingebaut ohne das man es gesehen hat bekomme ich die Welle im zusammen gebauten Zustand eingesetzt?
@@mathiasgeiken1954 hallo, das ist kein problem, solange keine teile in den Motor gefallen sind.Man sieht die Montage der Welle nicht, weil ich diese nicht montiert habe (diese wird bei meiner Einspritzanlage nicht benötigt, der Verteiler dient nur als Stopfen für die Bohrung). Ich würde auch den kauf vom Spezialwerkzeug dafür empfelen.

Es handelt sich um einen DF mit frühem wbx Gehäuse ( es existiert auch ein spätes , welches ein 3 teiliges 1. Lager hat . ) welches DG/GW/DH Teile verbaut hat . Außerdem wurde die Einspritzanlage von mansispeed verbaut( welche meiner Meinung nach super ist)
